We cut these relaxed boxer pants from a lightweight woven cotton that softens as it is washed. The orange and white gingham check is yarn-dyed rather than printed onto the surface. They sit easily on the hips with an elasticated waist and fall straight to the hem.

Elastic waistband

The waistband is gathered over an internal elastic band that holds its place without digging in. It pulls on easily and stays flat against the waist.

Straight leg hem

We cut the legs with a relaxed, straight profile down to a plain folded hem. The cut gives plenty of room through the thigh and calf for sleeping or walking.
