We cut this blouse from a lightweight swiss dot fabric that holds a light, raised texture across the surface. A mandarin band opens into a buttoned placket, while pleats set into the back yoke let the cloth fall away from the shoulders. The three-quarter sleeves finish with a clean cuff.

The details we cut in

Mandarin collar and placket

A stand collar leads down to a small V-neckline and a row of functional buttons. You can fasten the placket closed or leave the top buttons open across the collarbone.

Back pleat construction

We set small pleats beneath the rear yoke seam. This gives the lightweight woven cloth extra ease across the shoulders and lets the back hem hang straight.

Three-quarter sleeves

The sleeves fall past the elbow to a three-quarter finish. The cut leaves the lower arm clear and layers flat under a jacket or cardigan.

Fabric texture and care

Small woven dots sit raised across the lightweight purple grey cloth. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang on a line to dry.
