We cut this tunic from a light textured dot fabric with an apricot ground and dark floral print. The neckline opens from a low mandarin collar into a small buttoned placket. It falls straight through the body with three-quarter sleeves that clear the wrist.

The details we cut in

Mandarin collar neckline

A narrow stand collar runs into a partial button placket at the front. You can fasten the buttons to the base of the neck or leave them unworked for an open split front.

Three-quarter sleeve cut

We set the sleeve to finish below the elbow and well above the wrist. The cuff rests loose against the forearm so the arm moves without catching at the sleeve seam.

Textured dot fabric

The base cloth has small raised dots woven directly into the surface across the floral print. It is lightweight, holds a soft drape, and lets air pass through readily.

Washing and care

Machine wash or hand wash in cold water with similar colours. Hang the tunic on a line or hanger to dry, and avoid bleach to keep the dark floral print crisp.
