We cut this blouse from textured Swiss dot chiffon in a deep wine red. The mandarin collar opens into a short pleated button placket, falling loose through the body with three-quarter sleeves that clear the wrists. It drapes light without clinging.

The details we cut in

Mandarin collar and placket

A small stand collar opens into a shallow V-neck with front pleats and tonal buttons. You can leave the top button undone for a wider neckline or fasten it up for a clean band.

Three-quarter sleeve cut

We set the sleeves to fall past the elbow and stop short of the wrist. The cuff stays clear of desk surfaces, and the looser sleeve allows full movement without pulling across the upper arm.

Swiss dot chiffon weave
