We cut this blouse with three-quarter sleeves and a split neckline that rises into a short mandarin collar. Tiny raised dots run across the lightweight woven cloth. The front placket fastens with small buttons above soft gathers that release through the chest and hem.

The details we cut in

Mandarin collar and neckline

A banded stand collar frames the neck before splitting into a small V-notch. The partial front placket fastens with tonal buttons so you can adjust how open the neck rests.

Three-quarter sleeves

We hemmed the sleeves below the elbow to keep the cuffs clear of your wrists and desk. The armholes are cut clean for easy layering under jackets.

Swiss dot weave
