We cut this black blouse with a split henley collar and a partial button placket at the front. The lightweight chiffon carries a raised swiss dot texture across the weave. Across the back, small pleats fall from the yoke down to a curved hem, giving the torso a relaxed hang without pooling. Three-quarter sleeves keep the cuffs clear of the wrist.

Split henley collar

A low mandarin collar opens into a shallow V neckline with a buttoned placket. You can button it to the throat or leave the top open to adjust how the front sits.

Pleated back yoke

We set a row of gathers beneath the back shoulder yoke. The extra fabric falls straight down the back, letting the lightweight chiffon drape cleanly away from the shoulder line.

Three quarter sleeves

The sleeves are cut straight and finish below the elbow. We finished the cuffs with clean turned hems so they stay in place when pushed up.

Swiss dot chiffon care

Wash this woven chiffon by hand or on a gentle cold cycle with like dark colours. Hang it on a line to dry. The textured dot weave needs no heavy pressing.
