We cut this two-piece set in a solid red knit with a soft, breathable hand. The top has a clean round neck and an unlined pullover body. Below, the matching shorts sit on an elastic waistband with an adjustable drawcord.

The details we cut in
Round neck and arms
The sleeveless top is finished with contrasting topstitch bands along the crew neck and armholes. The armscye sits clear of the underarm without gaping.
Drawstring waistband
We anchored the shorts with a wide elastic casing that gathers the fabric evenly. A flat drawcord lets you adjust the tension at the waist.
Side pocket construction
Two inset side pockets are sewn directly into the lateral seams of the shorts. They lie flat against the hip when empty.
Laundering and care
