We cut these sweatpants with a wide leg and a low-rise waist for cooler weather. The mid grey fabric is brushed on the reverse for a lofted fleece finish that hangs straight to the floor. An internal cord lets you draw the waist flat, while deep side pockets sit clean in the side seams.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Low rise waistband
We set the waistband lower on the hips and threaded a flat drawstring on the inside. You can tie it snug or let it sit relaxed without breaking the front profile.
Wide leg hem
The legs fall straight and wide from the hip down to the hem. The weight of the fleece gives the wide hem a clean drop that sits easily over sneakers or low boots.
Brushed fleece fabric
The mid grey knit is backed with a soft, brushed fleece pile. It adds loft and warmth through fall and winter while holding its shape through long days around the house.
Deep side pockets
Two inset pockets are sewn right into the side seams. They stay flat against the hip when empty and give you room for a phone or keys on a morning walk.
