We cut this fleece hood with an integrated face panel and an extended lower neck bib. The plush sherpa fleece holds substantial loft without adding rigid bulk. It pulls easily over the head and layers flat beneath outerwear collars.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Hood and face panel
We shaped the opening to pull up over the nose and mouth or rest under the chin. Dual side drawcords cinch the perimeter close to the face when the breeze picks up.
Extended neck bib
The lower skirt extends past the collar line. We cut it long enough to tuck directly into a jacket or coat to stop drafts at the neckline.
Plush sherpa fleece
We selected a deep-pile fleece that remains soft and flexible. The weave offers solid thermal retention while leaving enough volume inside for hair, ponytails, or thin beanies.
Care and maintenance
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar shades. Line dry flat or tumble dry without heat to preserve the pile of the sherpa fleece.
