We cut this top with a tidy crew neckline and three-quarter sleeves that end clear of the wrist. Soft front pleats drop from the yoke to give the knit room across the chest, and the hem curves lower at the front and back. The fabric is light, opaque, and printed in deep seasonal red.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Chest pleating and yoke
Small pleats sewn beneath the round neckline give the chest ease without adding bulk at the shoulders. The knit drapes straight down from the yoke seams.
Three-quarter sleeve cut
The sleeves stop between elbow and wrist with a clean turned hem. They stay out of the way when you work and layer cleanly under cardigans.
Curved lower hem
We shaped the bottom hem with a gentle scoop through the front and back panels. The side seams lift slightly so the shirt sits flat over waistbands.
Knit fabric and care
The knit is smooth, light, and woven dense enough to stay opaque. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low heat or hang on a line.
