We cut this short jacket from lofted sherpa fleece with a soft hand and natural stretch. The full front zipper runs all the way to a wide lapel collar that can stand or fold flat. Ribbed knit bands secure the cuffs and straight lower hem to hold the shape against cold air.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Sherpa fleece build
We selected a deep-pile fleece with a dense knit backing that traps air for warmth without heavy weight. The material arrives compressed from transit, so give the fabric a light shake and a few days on a hanger to regain its full loft.
Collar and front zip
The front closure features a full-length metal-tooth zipper with a smooth pull. You can zip it up to secure the lapel collar around your neck, or leave it parted to spread flat over your shoulders.
Ribbed trim and sleeves
The long sleeves finish with stretchy ribbed knit cuffs that stay put at the wrists. We mirrored that same ribbed band across the straight bottom hem to keep the waist seated close to your trousers.
Pockets and wash care
Two inset side pockets sit along the forward seams for warming your hands or carrying keys. Machine wash cold without bleach, lay the coat flat in a cool room to dry, and use a press cloth if ironing.
