We cut this short jacket from deep, high-pile sherpa fleece with built-in stretch. The front fastens with a full-length zipper up to a broad lapel collar. Ribbed knit bands gather the cuffs and bottom hem to trap heat, while deep side pockets hold daily items. Dyed in bright hot pink.

The details we cut in
Collar and front zip
A full center zipper runs from the hem to a wide spread lapel collar. You can zip it high against cold wind or fold the collar flat across the chest when worn open over layers.
Ribbed hem and cuffs
Wide ribbed knit bands finish both wrists and the lower hemline. The ribbing holds its shape with gentle tension, pulling the fleece close to the body and stopping drafts at the waist.
Deep side pockets
Two open entry pockets are set into the lower front seams. We cut them deep enough for cold hands and everyday pocket carry without pulling at the fleece body.
Washing and care
Machine wash cold without bleach. Lay the fleece flat to dry in a shaded area. If the loft appears pressed flat after transit, allow the piece to hang freely for several days to recover its full pile.
