The details we cut in
Open front and length
The cardigan hangs straight from the shoulder with a clean, buttonless front placket. We cut the hem long to fall past the hip line, creating a smooth vertical drape over base layers.
Cuff detailing
Each long sleeve ends in ribbed knit that holds its shape at the wrist. We set decorative gold-tone buttons along the cuff edge to finish the sleeve line.
Patch pockets
Two patch pockets sit flat on the lower front panels. We knit them deep enough for small items, stitched directly onto the textured ground so they stay level.
Knit care
Machine wash cold with like colors to keep the dark green yarn true. Lay the piece flat to dry so the open knit retains its shape and length without stretching.
