The details we cut in
Hood and drawstrings
The hood is cut with twin cord ties that gather the brim close in high wind. It drops back onto the shoulders without pulling on the collar seam when unzipped.
Waist drawstring
An internal drawcord runs through the middle of the body. You can cinch the cord to bring the straight cut closer or leave it loose over heavier base layers.
Waterproof zipper
A coated front zipper closes the jacket from the hem to the chin. The teeth are sealed against wind and wet weather, running smoothly under a fabric garage at the collar.
Front pockets and care
Two deep patch pockets sit low on the front panels for gear storage. Sponge the coated shell with cold water after trail use and hang it dry away from direct heat.
