We cut this two piece lounge set from a soft, lightweight knit with natural stretch. The top has a crew neck with an inverted triangle inset and side vents at the hem. Matching shorts sit high with an elastic drawstring waist and deep side pockets.

What went into it

The details we cut in

Neckline and sleeves

The crew neckline is finished with a ribbed band and an inverted triangle detail at the throat. Short sleeves are set straight into the shoulder for easy movement around the house.

Vented top hem

We vented the side seams of the top so it hangs clean over the hips. The hem falls loose and will not pull tight when you sit.

Drawstring waist shorts

The shorts have an elastic waistband with an adjustable cord to secure the rise. Two side pockets are set directly into the seams to hold small items.

Wash and care

Machine wash cold or wash by hand with like colours. Hang to dry or tumble dry low. Do not bleach, and press with a low iron if needed.
