What went into it

The details we cut in

Neckline detail

A classic round crewneck is finished with an inverted triangle stitch detail below the rib collar. The short sleeves are cut straight off the shoulder seam to allow easy movement around the house.

Slit hem top

The shirt body is cut with a relaxed drape and straight hems. We added small side slits at the lower edge so the hem sits flat over the shorts waistband without bunching when seated.

Drawstring shorts

The matching shorts sit high on the waist with an enclosed elastic band and an adjustable front drawstring cord. Two side pockets are set directly into the side seams for keeping small essentials close.

Launder and care

Wash this two-piece set by hand or on a gentle machine cycle in cool water. Skip the bleach and dry flat or line dry out of direct sunlight, using a low iron setting only if needed.
